Which fats are good for you and which not?

Have you ever wondered what is the difference between butter and margarine? And which is really better for you.

What is Butter?

Butter as a dairy product made from milk. It is created when cream is vigorously churned which intern causes it solid and liquid to separate and ultimately love butter which we all love.

What is Margarine?

Margarine is made from oil, water and salt and some additional ingredients such as emulsifiers. Its flavored to taste like butter. Margarine is made through a complicated chemical process.

So, in my opinion butter is better than margarine as margarine is not a natural substance.

Sunflower, Olive, avocado or Coconut oil?

Sunflower oil

This oil is made from sunflowers and is low in saturated fatty acids which are unhealthy because it raises your cholesterol levels

Avocado Oil

This is a very healthy fat as it is compressed naturally from avocado pulp. Although avocado oil is good for you it might also be potentially bad for you if consumed in excessive amounts.

Olive Oil

This oil is known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidants properties and can also Protect against heart attacks. At the end of the day, quality extra virgin olive oil is incredibly healthy. Due to its powerful antioxidants, it benefits your heart, brain, joints and more.

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil highly resistant to oxidation at high heat and for this reason, it is very suitable for high-heat cooking methods like frying etc. Coconut oil significantly increases your HDL”Good” Cholesterol levels and did not increase the LDL ‘Bad” Cholesterol levels. This oil is not just good for cooking purposes but is also widely know the help aid weight loss, used to moisturize skin and better your brain function to only name a few. We also recommend using Coconut Oil whiles on our weight loss program as it can also aid in weight loss too.
