Returns and/or exchange policy
Returns and exchanges must be done, strictly, within seven (7) calendar days from date of purchase. Product must be in the original packaging and defect free (Products must be in perfect condition for resale). Any additional costs of shipping and/or delivery fee will be the customer’s liability. Refunds are issued upon receiving and inspection of the package.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your full order upon receiving your package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, missing, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your package. WE will not be returning/exchanging any products after this period.
