THAI CHICKEN (Ultimate Fat Burner)

Ingredients:

  • 140g chicken breast
  • 1-2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp curry
  • 1 chilli (for those of you who are brave)

Method:

In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients except chicken. Pour sauce mixture into a Ziplock bag. Add chicken and seal. Shake the chicken for a minute to coat it in the sauce. Let the bag sit at for 30 minutes. You can either grill until cooked through or bake at 200’C for 20-22 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
