When I started my weight loss journey I weighed 107kg. This is the biggest I have ever been in my life. At school I was always very athletic and could eat whatever I wanted because I trained really hard every day. After school, the freedom of eating junk food and living a very unhealthy lifestyle took its toll. Endless partying coupled with the very little exercise I was trying to do had absolutely no positive results. I was only bluffing myself.
