I started my weight loss journey on 101kg. a big thank you needs to go out to the support I got from the people at The Diet Doctor. After 2 months I was down to 90kg. This is by far the Best Diet Ever.
I do run a lot and my weight loss contributed to faster times per km and being able to run further for longer periods of time, my hamstring injury which has plagued me for years also seemed to disappear as I think being overweight contributed massively to my injury never fully recovering.
I am very happy with my 11kg loss over the 2 months that I was on the program and I have managed to keep the weight off as well.
What a great feeling to fit into shirts and pants that I have been unable to wear for a number of years. While on the program and even with my running program I never felt drained and it never affected my energy levels.
I would recommend the program to anyone who is serious about losing weight. It really honestly does work.
