My relationship with food has been something I’ve struggled with all my life… 37 years to be exact.
I’m not sure when it started but I’m pretty sure that what started as emotional eating, spilled over into giving up. And then trying each and every quick fix I could find to temporarily feel better about myself.
The Diet doctor program has given me the structure and plan that helped and motivated me. I’ve got a routine again which keeps me sane. And through my journey, I’ve realized that I was always losing weight for other people… I’ve finally realized that It will only last and work if I’m doing this for me.
If I’m doing it because I want a happy healthy body able to move and do incredible things.
Not for a guy to like me more.
Not for acceptance.
But because I deserve it.
