Orange Spiced Tea

  • 70 grams fresh apple chunks (sweeter apples make sweeter cider)
  • 3 short cinnamon sticks
  • 2.5 cups water
  • Powdered Stevia to taste


  • Simmer water, apple chunks and cinnamon sticks for 1/2 hour.
  • Remove from heat and add stevia. Because of how long your simmer you end up with about 3/4 cups or so of cider from the 2.5 cups. You could experiment with starting with more water to yield a lighter cider of more volume.
