Cut chicken into strips and place into pan with coconut oil.
Pan Fry the chicken, add salt and pepper as needed.
When cooked, set aside to cool down
Chop the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and spring onions.
Peel your orange
Cut the orange into squares/wedges/circles (whatever you prefer)
Place your veggies into salad bowl
Sprinkle the chicken strips onto the salad
Add condiments as needed
Lastly place the oranges onto salad and enjoy
