Breakfast Muffins

Here is a quick and easy way to spice up your breakfast, and make it a bit more fun and a whole lot more tasty! Yep breakfast muffins is a real thing

Ingredients

Eggs
Spinach
Tomatoes
Spring onion

Instructions

Scramble eggs together and add a little bit of coconut oil-not a lot
Chop all vegetables and mix into raw egg mixture
Add black pepper
Spray muffin pan with spray and cook OR insert muffin papers
Pour egg mixture into muffin pan
Bake for 10-15 min on 180 degrees
Lightly drizzle balsamic vinegar over egg muffins-optional
